Intro to continuous lighting for photographers (and video people)
This 3-hour workshop introduces photographers to continuous lighting used in photo and video shoots. Learn the difference between soft and hard light, explore various types of lighting units, and get familiar with the names and purposes of common grip equipment.
The class will cover three-point lighting, both in theory and in practice. You’ll also learn how to light on a budget, shoot outdoors using natural light (and how to augment it), and handle nighttime setups.
